Shipping & Returns

Sending by courier and payment by debit / credit card, Viva Wallet, bank deposit:

Products are shipped in 1-4 business days for in-stock products and 4-10 business days for back-to-order products.

Deliveries in Greece are made by ELTA COURIER and the shipping cost is completely free for purchases over €49,00. For purchases under €49,00 there is an additional shipping fee of €2,50.

Deliveries in Cyprus are made by KRONOS courier and the shipping cost is €15,00. Products are shipped in 3-7 days for in-stock products and 4-10 business days for back-to-order products.

Deliveries in Europe are made with ELTA transport and the shipping cost is €20,00 plus €10,00 per extra shoe.

* The cash on delivery service is only available for Greece and Cyprus and there is an additional charge of €3

* Orders completed on Friday are delivered from Monday.

* In the case of national holidays, there may be a delay in the delivery of orders.

Changes – Returns – Product Replacement

For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you purchased, you must inform us, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery by the carrier, to the email address info@yuta-shoes.gr informing us of the reason for the return or replacement and filling in contact phone number. Then our partner will contact you to receive the return package.

Return conditions:

1. the product must not have been used
2. the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (Retail Receipt, invoice, Shipping Note-Invoice, etc.)
4. be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and its packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product

All changes-returns must always be made with the partner carrier. Otherwise, the customer is charged with the transport costs.

In case of non-compliance with any of the above, YUTA OE reserves the right not to accept the return of the product.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request a replacement for the following reasons:

1. CHANGE OF PRODUCT (CHANGE TO ANOTHER DESIGN NUMBER)
In cases where you wish to change the product you have purchased, you must send an email to the address info@yuta-shoes.gr with the product code or codes and the size you wish to change.

You will then receive an email with the procedure to follow.

As soon as we receive the returned product, the exchange is sent immediately.

The change can be made within 14 calendar days.

The first change is made without any shipping charges for purchases made with an amount over €49,00.
For the first change for purchases made with an amount below €49,00 there is an additional €2.5 shipping fee.
For each subsequent change, the shipping fee is €2.50.

For returns from abroad, the return costs are borne by the person making the return.

2. WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED
In those cases in which with proven fault of YUTA O.E. you were delivered products in a different design or size than the order, you can return the products. In this case, the return and exchange of the product is free throughout Greece. Product returns are made with the courier company with which you received it.

3. REFUND – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
After receiving the product you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date you received it from the carrier and get your money back.

In order to return the product, the following conditions must be met:

1. the product must not have been used
2. the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (Retail Receipt, invoice, Shipping Note-Invoice, etc.)
4. be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and its packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product

In case you wish to cancel a product and refund, you should send an email to info@yuta-shoes.gr and state the reasons for the return. You will then receive an email with the procedure to follow.

The refund is made at the original purchase price (the amount paid on the day of purchase) and does not include cash on delivery costs and shipping costs (if any), which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As long as the return of the product is completed and meets all the above conditions, money will be deposited within 14 working days into an account (IBAN, Name of Beneficiary, Bank) that will be indicated to us by the buyer. In case the payment process has been done by card, the amount will be refunded to the debit account.

4. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel your order by sending an email to info@yuta-shoes.gr or by calling +302100109280 daily 09.00 – 17.00
The order is always canceled if the products have not been shipped.
